Sweet Corn Slaw

Adapted from an Ottolenghi recipe this lovely slaw is sweetened with sweet corn and very lightly dressed with a garlic Dijon mayonnaise.  A salad for all seasons. 

Gluten-free, Dairy-free

Ingredients: cabbage, red onion, sweet corn, carrot, red chilli, coriander, mint, home made mayonnaise (Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt, egg, olive oil, sunflower oil), garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper. 

Potential Allergens: Egg. Other potential allergens are handled in our kitchen and cross-contamination can inadvertantly occur. 

A bowl of salad will serve 6-8 adults.  Made to order - 48 hours notice required please.
