Keto Cauliflower, Ham and Cheese Bake
If you are on a lo-carb diet, and missing Mac 'n Cheese, this will definitely fill your need. A lovely rich dish combining roasted cauliflower, four different cheeses, diced ham and a cream sauce. As this dish is quite rich, you may find half a medium container sufficient for a meal when accompanied by a fresh salad.
Lo-Carb, Gluten-free
Ingredients: cauliflower, olive oil, cream, Parmesan cheese, tasty cheese, mozzarella cheese, ham, spring onions, cream cheese.
Potential Allergens: Dairy products. Other allergens may inadvertantly be found in this product as they are used in our kitchen.
To reheat from thawed: remove sleeve and film and place in oven pre-heated to 1800 C for 15-20 mins till golden and bubbling. To reheat from frozen: remove sleeve but leave film in place. Put into oven preheated to 1600C for 40 mins then remove film and increase heat to 1800C for a further 10 mins.
Storage: Store in freezer at -180C
