Lo-Carb
Ingredients: Lamb, onion, tomatoes, white wine, garlic, oregano, cinnamon, eggplant, olive oil, flour, butter, milk, Parmesan cheese, egg, seasoning.

To cook from thawed: Remove sleeve and film and place meal in pre-heated oven at 1800C for 20-30 mins till golden and bubbling. To cook from frozen: Remove sleeve but leave film in place and place in pre-heated oven at 1600C for 40-60 mins then remove film, increase heat to 1800C and cook 10-15 mins more till golden and bubbling.
Store in a freezer at below -180C.
