Super yum - these meatballs are a mixture of pork and beef with pesto and cheese within and surrounded by a tasty tomato sauce. Enjoy with a fresh side salad or over courgette noodles. This is a great recipe from Have Butter will Travel.

Ingredients: pork, beef, egg, Parmesan cheese, almonds, hom-made basil pesto, garlic, oregano, tomato, mozzarella cheese, tasty cheese, salt, pepper.

Best cooked from thawed: Remove sleeve and film and place meal in pre-heated oven at 2000C for 15-20 mins till golden and bubbling.
Store in a freezer at below -180C.
