The meat ragu sauce for my lasagne cooks slowly over 4 hours then it’s layered with pasta sheets, béchamel sauce and cheese and then I add further cheese to the top! Now available in two sizes - medium and large.
Ingredients: Beef, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, tomatoes, lasagne sheets (durum wheat semolina), red wine, milk, wheat flour, whole milk, butter, tasty cheese, Parmesan cheese

To cook from thawed: Remove sleeve and film and place meal in pre-heated oven at 1800C for 20-30 mins till golden and bubbling. To cook from frozen: Remove sleeve but leave film in place and place in pre-heated oven at 1600C for 40-60 mins then remove film, increase heat to 1800C and cook 10-15 mins more till golden and bubbling.
Store in a freezer at below -180C
