Butter Chicken Curry
Marinated and cooked over a 2 day period, our butter chicken is a delicious curry which can be served with plain rice, cauliflower rice or flatbread. Top with coriander and a drizzle of yoghurt and Mango chutney.

Ingredients: Chicken, butter, cumin, natural yoghurt, paprika, chilli, olive oil, garlic, ginger, coriander, lime juice, garam masala, fenugreek leaves, tomato, salt, pepper.
Potential allergens: Dairy products, coriander. Other potential allergens are used in our kitchen and cross contamination may inadvertently occur.
To reheat from thawed: Remove sleeve and film and place meal in pre-heated oven at 1800C for 20-30 mins until heated right through. Can also be thawed and reheated in microwave. To reheat from frozen: Remove sleeve but leave film in place and place in pre-heated oven at 1600C for 40-45 mins then remove film, increase heat to 1800C and cook 10-15 mins more till heated through.
Store in a freezer at below -180C.
