Seafood Lasagne
Delicious layers of smoked kahawai, prawns, mussels and calamari with pasta, a creamy parlsey bechamel sauce and cheese.
Ingredients: Smoked kahawai, prawns, calamari, mussels, milk, whole wheat flour, butter, salt, pepper, parsley, lasagna sheets, tasty cheese, Parmesan cheese.
Potential allergens: Seafood, gluten, dairy products. Other potential allergens are used in our kitchen and cross contamination may inadvertently occur.
To cook from thawed: Remove sleeve and film and place meal in pre-heated oven at 1800C for 20-30 mins till golden and bubbling. To cook from frozen: Remove sleeve but leave film in place and place in pre-heated oven at 1600C for 40-45 mins then remove film, increase heat to 1800C and cook 10-15 mins more till golden and bubbling.
Store in a freezer at below -180C.
