Ingredients: Beef, carrot, onion, olive oil, bacon, garlic, flour, red wine, beef stock, tomato puree, mushrooms, thyme, bay, seasoning.

Best reheated from thawed: Remove sleeve but leave film in place and place in pre-heated oven at 1600C for 15-20 mins then remove film, increase heat to 1800C and cook 10-15 mins more till bubbling.
Store in a freezer at below -180C.
