Thai Pumpkin Soup
This vegan soup is made with butternut squash, coconut milk, lemon grass and ginger and is a lovely light soup with delicate aromas.
Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-free
Ingredients: Butternut squash, onion, garlic, ginger, vegetable stock, coconut cream, coriander, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemongrass.
Potential allergens: Coriander. Other potential allergens are used in our kitchen and cross contamination may inadvertently occur.
Reheat: Reheat gently in microwave or in saucepan on stove top. Garnish suggestios: coconut flakes, chilli, coriander, spring onions.
Store in a freezer at below -180C.
