Cardamom and Rosewater Rice Pudding
An Ottolenghi recipe – creamy rice with lovely notes of rose and cardamom, topped with pistachios.
Gluten free.
Ingredients: Rice, milk, cream, vanilla, honey, rose water, dried rose petals, pistachio nuts, condensed milk
Potential allergens: Dairy products, tree nuts. Other potential allergens are used in our kitchen and cross contamination may inadvertently occur.
To reheat: For best results thaw completely and rehet in a microwave. To reheat in oven remove sleeve but leave film in place and reheat 15-20mins at 1600C. Check pudding is heated through.
Store in a freezer at below -180C.
