Adapted from a recipe from Ripe Deli in Auckland. A refreshing green slaw with crunchy veges and bean sprouts, paired with a herby vinaigrette and topped with tamari roasted sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. A good option for Lo-carb eating plan followers.
