Moroccan Beef Tagine
Slow cooked prime beef chunks with warming Moroccan spices, apricots and butternut squash. This tagine would pair beautifully with couscous and steamed veges or a crunchy salad.

Ingredients: Beef, onion, olive oil, butter, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, ginger, turmeric, Ras el Hanout, cinnamon, honey, apricots, almonds, butternut squash, honey, coriander.

Best reheated from thawed: Remove sleeve but leave film in place and place in pre-heated oven at 1600C for 15-20 mins then remove film, increase heat to 1800C and cook 10-15 mins more till bubbling.
Store in a freezer at below -180C.
