This crunchy dressing is adapted from a recipe from Ripe Deli. It has a punchy lime and sriracha dressing and is topped with roasted peanuts (or crispy shallots as per photo).

Ingredients: Cabbage, mung bean sprouts, carrot, edamame beans, peanuts, palm sugar, sriracha chilli sauce, coriander, spinach, spring onion, lime juice, rice vinegar, kaffir lime leaves, vegetable oil.
