Smoked Salmon Risotto
A heavenly risotto with Smokey’s smoked salmon, fresh spinach, lemon zest and Parmesan.

Ingredients: Onion, Arborio rice, smoked salmon, white wine, home-made fish stock, spinach, lemon, Parmesan cheese, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Potential allergens: Seafood, dairy products. Other potential allergens are used in our kitchen and cross contamination may inadvertently occur.
To cook from thawed: Remove sleeve but leave film in place and heat meal in pre-heated oven at 1700C for 15-20 mins till heated right through. May also be reheated in a microwave. To cook from frozen: Remove sleeve but leave film in heat in pre-heated oven at 1600C for 40-60 mins then increase heat to 1700C and cook 10 mins more till heated right through.
Store in a freezer at below -180C.
